Our Classes

Yogic Journey classes are typically 60 minutes in length and all levels of experience are encouraged to come along and give them a try.

Classes begin with short guided meditation, incorporating either a Pranayama breathing exercise, or a Dharana single focused concentration. This practice helps to bring the student into the present moment and work towards letting go of the rolling thoughts in the mind.
